Kelcie (Diné) is the Project Coordinator for the Indigenous Leadership Academy at American Indian Policy Institute. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English Language Arts from Arizona State University, along with a minor in American Indian Studies.
